Hi! I had the same problem. My bike had the toolkit, but after I opened the cover it wouldn't close no more... After slamming the toolkit on the concrete a coupla times to 'flatten out' its contents the cover fit! It's a tight fit lock, so the contents shouldn't be in the way...
